Dumpster Rental Services
Lapinski’s Landscaping, Inc, will drop dumpster in area that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations and provided that the customer has adequate access to the delivery site. Lapinski’s Landscaping, Inc. will not be responsible for damage to any pavement or accompanying subsurface or any routes reasonably necessary to perform the services herein contracted.
Customer agrees not to overload the equipment. Waste material should not extend above the top of the dumpster or hang over the sides or extend beyond the walls of the dumpster.
Customers will take reasonable care of the dumpster when on their site. Customer will ensure that the dumpster site is properly supervised, and equipment is secure until it is removed. Dumpster will be left in an area that can bear the weight of the loaded dumpster. Damage or loss of the dumpster during the agreed upon time Customer has use of equipment is the responsibility of and charged to the customer.

Terms & Conditions
Not allowed: flammable materials, medical waste, asbestos, batteries, equipment containing gas, oil or any other prohibited material, infectious waste, biohazards, fuels, ink, vehicle tires or batteries, food waste, adhesives, industrial drums, propane tanks, lead paint or lead painted materials. Or any other hazardous substance listed by U.S. Environmental Agency or Maryland state agency pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended or other applicable law. Title to and liability for any Prohibited items shall remain with the “Customer”. Restrictions and additional fees shall apply to appliances, furniture, refrigerators, freezers, box springs, mattresses, air conditioners, tires televisions, monitors & computers.
Customer expressly agrees to defend, indemnity and hold harmless Lapinski’s Landscaping, Inc. from and against any and all expenses, damages, penalties, fines and liabilities resulting from or arising out of the failure to exclude “Prohibited” items or any other failure of the “Customer” to comply with its obligations when entering into an agreement with Lapinski’s Landscaping, Inc.
